Our leadership experience includes senior site management roles delivering large-scale residential developments for some of the UK’s most established housebuilders, including Bellway, Countryside, Durkan and NU Living.
Operating at this level requires absolute control — defined programmes, coordinated trades, rigorous quality inspections, and constant awareness of cost, risk, and sequencing.

Strawhouse Partnerships is led by a construction professional with senior site management experience delivering complex residential developments across the UK.
Before founding Strawhouse, the business was shaped by years of hands-on leadership on large-scale residential schemes for established UK developers, including Bellway, Countryside, Durkan, and NU Living. Working at this level requires absolute discipline and clear planning, coordinated trades, rigorous quality control, and constant awareness of programme, cost, and risk.
That experience now informs every private residential project we undertake.
Rather than approaching homes as small, informal builds, we apply the same structured thinking and professional standards used on major developments. Scaled carefully and appropriately for individual homeowners.
